Today - our last day - we were driven from Mertola to Seville and spent a few hours exploring the city before travelling home.

Grant finds the journey all too much to stay awake for and drifts into a dream world.

This building was used as a set in 'Star Wars Episode 2 - Attack of the Clones' and the princess's name was Padmé Amidala. See a movie extract from the film at this location by clicking here. Many buildings in Seville were used in 'Lawrence of Arabia' and this building doubled for the Cairo British Army Officers' Mess.

And so a great holiday came to an end. The flight from Seville to Madrid was delayed making the connection with the London flight very tight - but we made it. Sandy and I got home to Weymouth in the early hours of Monday morning.
